All items will be shipped via UPS or Canadapost. Please be aware, UPS does not deliver to a PO box. If your address is a PO box and you want UPS to deliver your package, please provide a physical address. Tracking information will be provided once your order shipped.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping fee is not refundable.

The first time it shipped, the parcel company claimed it was delivered and it was not. I reached out to the seller and she immediately went to work resolving the issue. She was very professional, and courteous through the entire exchange. As for the item, fantastic quality. Even better than I had hoped.
